Marketing Head

What is the role?

We are looking for a visionary Marketing Head to lead our growth and brand strategy at Samarth Meditech. You will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for our flagship products: AyuCI (Healthcare EMR) and Seva360 (Temple Management). This is a high-impact leadership position where you will define our voice, build our lead generation engine, and help us scale from dozens of clients to hundreds. You will bridge the gap between our technical excellence and our users’ needs, ensuring that hospital owners and administrators understand the value we bring.

About you

You are a data-driven storyteller with a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing. You understand that marketing a healthcare product requires empathy, authority, and trust. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty—whether it’s writing high-converting copy, managing a performance marketing budget, or analyzing the conversion funnel. You have experience in the Indian SaaS landscape and know how to reach decision-makers in the healthcare and religious organization sectors.

Your Role at Samarth Meditech

As our Marketing Head, you will:

  1. GTM Strategy: Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for new features in AyuCI and Seva360.
  2. Lead Generation: Build a predictable inbound pipeline using SEO, Content Marketing, and targeted LinkedIn/Meta campaigns.
  3. Brand Authority: Position AyuCI as the thought leader in digital healthcare through whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
  4. Sales Enablement: Create the collateral (decks, brochures, demo videos) that our sales team needs to close high-value hospital contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the annual marketing budget and ROI targets.
  • Lead content strategy to improve organic search rankings for keywords related to EMR and Temple Management.
  • Oversee our social media presence and community engagement.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine our messaging and product positioning.
  • Coordinate with the product team to ensure marketing stays aligned with the latest technical updates.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a SaaS company.
  • Strong experience in Inbound Marketing (SEO, Email, and Content).
  • Proven ability to run successful performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads/FB Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical products.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho CRM).
  • Experience in HealthTech or FinTech marketing is highly preferred.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
